As Recruiting Coordinator, Trish Miller, will provide services to aid in the recruiting process. She will also work closely with college coaches in constant communication. Her goal is to help every desiring player to play at the next level at a college that will fit her academic and athletic goals. She hopes to help find a home away from home for each young athlete.

The Club Director will take on an administrative role to assist in training systems, scheduling, marketing, and recruiting responsibilities. She will assist the Executive Director in the functions of Summit Volleyball.

Travis Fuller has dedicated his career to helping athletes, coaches, and organizations reach their full potential through the sport of volleyball. With experience at the high school, collegiate, and club levels, he has spent more than a decade working to create meaningful opportunities for athletes while supporting the coaches and leaders who help shape their journeys.

As a founding member and Director of Volleyball Operations for The Academy Volleyball Club, Travis has been fortunate to play a role in the organization's growth from a single club into one of the nation's largest volleyball organizations. In his current role, he oversees volleyball operations, coach development, athlete programming, and strategic initiatives across multiple brands and locations. His work is centered on building systems and cultures that prioritize the athlete experience while creating opportunities for coaches and staff members to grow professionally.

Throughout his coaching career, Travis has worked with athletes of all ages and levels, from beginners learning the fundamentals of the game to nationally ranked club teams and college-bound student-athletes. He has served in coaching and leadership roles at the high school, collegiate, and club levels, experiences that have helped shape his perspective on athlete development and leadership. While wins and championships are valued, he believes the most meaningful measure of success is the long-term impact coaches can have on the lives of their athletes.

Travis has been honored to receive recognition for his contributions to the sport, including being named an AVCA Thirty Under 30 Award recipient. He has also had opportunities to share ideas and learn alongside fellow leaders as a speaker for the Junior Volleyball Association (JVA), presenting on topics related to club leadership, organizational growth, and athlete development. He views these opportunities not as individual accomplishments, but as reflections of the mentors, colleagues, and athletes who have influenced his journey.

His leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that great organizations are built through strong relationships, clear communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement. He is passionate about developing people, creating environments where others can succeed, and helping teams navigate challenges with purpose and accountability. Whether working with athletes on the court, mentoring coaches, or leading organizational initiatives, Travis strives to approach every opportunity with curiosity, humility, and a desire to serve others.

Today, Travis continues to coach nationally competitive teams while leading volleyball operations for The Academy. He remains committed to learning, growing, and contributing to the volleyball community, believing that the greatest impact comes not from individual achievements, but from the collective success of the people and organizations we help build along the way.

Andrew Fuller has been the Boys Program Director at The Academy Volleyball Club since 2018, where he oversees one of the largest boys' volleyball programs in Indiana and leads the Boiler Junior Boys program. During his tenure, the program has experienced tremendous growth while emphasizing athlete development, coach education, and long-term success at every level.

In addition to his club responsibilities, Andrew serves as the Head Boys Volleyball Coach at Carmel High School, leading the Greyhounds to one of the most successful seasons in program history, including a Final Four appearance in 2026. At the club level, he guided The Academy's 17 Adidas team to a Final Four finish at the 2024 AAU Boys Junior National Championships, one of the program's top national accomplishments.

A Carmel graduate himself, Fuller has held head coaching positions at multiple Indiana high schools and has played a key role in building and developing boys volleyball programs throughout the state. He is passionate about creating positive experiences for athletes while helping grow the game of boys volleyball across Indiana and the Midwest.
