Welcome to the registration for Summit Volleyball's Club Lite!

This program is for 6th, 7th, and 8h graders.

Program length: January-March (2x practices a week and 2 tournament dates.)

Where: OPS, 10106 E Dupont Cir. Dr, Ft. Wayne, IN 46825 or

Ash Center, 1701 Freeman St. Ft. Wayne, IN 46802

Cost: Total Cost: $600

         Signup Fee of $100 (due today)

         2 payments of $250 (due on the 15th of January and February)
